The space spans approximately 100 sq ft and comes with a custom U-shaped desk, task chair, custom shelving, power strip, and a connection to central shop air.  Combined with the adjacent Regular Space 1, these spaces are great for teams.  Curtains and bulletin/white boards are removable as you see fit!

General

Located at 695 Minnesota St on the top/2nd floor in the Dogpatch District.  Includes access to kitchen, two multi-occupant bathrooms, and two conference rooms.  Offices are located in corner of building with excellent natural lighting.  Features wooden floors and zone-dimmable LED lighting

Amenities

Includes 24/7 building access with security access card/fob and audit trail, mailing address, name on building directory, 50/15 mbps internet (wired and wireless), air conditioning and heating, weekly cleaning service, and indoor bike rack.

Machine Shop

For additional fee, access to shop which includes CNC Bridgeport mill, 13” manual lathe, 90W laser cutter, vertical band saw, horizontal band saw, sand blaster, and more.

Transportation

The near vicinity has a mix of unrestricted and 1-hour parking, and is served by the 22, 48, 55, and T Muni lines.  We are 4 blocks from the 22nd St Caltrain Station, 1 block from I-280 on/off ramps, and 1 mile from the US-101 off ramp.  We are also across the street from a Ford GoBike Station. The space overlooks Esprit Park which has picnic tables, a workout area, and a walking track.
